Our main method is Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh — you pay when your order reaches your door.

To confirm an order and prevent fake orders, we may ask for a small advance payment (from ৳200, or a percentage for higher-value items) via bKash/Nagad. The advance is adjusted against your total, and you pay the rest on delivery.

Orders are usually handed to the courier within 72 hours of confirmation. Delivery is about 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Parcels are closed-box, pay-first delivery — you can check the outer condition, but the courier can't offer an on-the-spot trial or open-box return. Please record a full unboxing video when you open it at home; if anything is missing or wrong, that video is your proof and we'll fix it fast.
